Cough & Colds

Apply a small amount to the nostrils and breathe gently through the nose and mouth until you feel a cooling sensation in your throat. Adjust to your comfort level. Additionally, apply ointment behind both lower earlobes and on the front of the neck.

Dietary Recommendations for Faster Recovery

Avoid or reduce the following foods:

  • Sour (酸)

  • Spicy (辣)

  • Sweet (甜)

  • Salty (咸)

Take extra precautions: avoid spicy, fried, and oily foods, as well as smoky environments. Drink plenty of plain water and rest until fully recovered. Refrain from physical exercise during recovery.

Caution: Do not take coughs and colds lightly, as they may indicate more serious conditions. If you have travelled to areas with respiratory or airborne disease outbreaks or have been in contact with individuals who have, wear an N95 mask and seek medical attention promptly.

Blocked Nose and Sneezing

  • Apply ointment to the nostrils and breathe gently, allowing a cooling sensation through the nasal passage. Normal breathing should return within a few minutes.

  • If the nostril areas are too sensitive, apply ointment behind the lower earlobes.

Stuffy Nose

Apply ointment around the nostrils.

For sensitive skin around the nostrils, use behind the lower earlobes.

Relief typically occurs within 2–3 minutes.

Note: A blocked nose or stuffy nose may be caused by dust, atmospheric changes, or cold drinks.

If the cause is known, adjust your environment rather than relying solely on the ointment.

Do not use the ointment if you do not have symptoms, as it may cause a reverse effect.

For preventive use (e.g., someone nearby is sneezing), apply a small amount around the nose. If conditions persist, consult a doctor.
