Energy and Concentration
Apply a small amount at the nostrils whenever a boost in energy or concentration is needed.
Caution
Do not use the ointment as a source to keep awake, especially when you are driving a long distance or doing hazardous work. It would be safer to have a rest and refresh before continuing with your task.
Motion Sickness
Motion Sickness and Related Conditions
For seasickness, airsickness, or motion sickness:
Apply ointment at the nostrils and behind the lower back of both earlobes as needed.
For nausea and fainting: Follow the same method as above.
