Neck Pain and Backache

Neck Pain: Apply sparingly to the area.

Backache: Apply to the back at the waistline.

Caution: For those over 40, recurring backaches could indicate kidney issues, such as kidney stones. Seek medical attention for frequent backaches or chills, as untreated conditions can lead to serious complications.

*

Muscular Aches & Cramps

Strained Muscles: Apply to the affected area anytime, preferably before sleep, for relief by morning.

Muscle Cramps: Apply and massage gently; light stretching may help.

Chest Tightness: Apply across the chest 30 minutes before bedtime for restful sleep.

Menstrual Cramps: Apply to the lower abdomen and massage gently; relief often occurs within minutes.

*

Menstrual Cramps

The pain is caused by the contraction of the uterus that triggers pain or cramps in the lower abdomen. Sometimes the pain can radiate downwards towards the back or the thighs. It can be a monthly irritation for some women due to the onset of menstrual cycles. As a result, strained muscles can be a common issue. The pain can last 1-3 days.

Application: Apply to the lower abdomen and massage gently; relief often occurs within minutes. If the cramps occur frequently at night, then it is more effective to apply it just before going to bed.

*

Headache

Common headaches are often due to stress or severe dehydration. In the case of severe dehydration, the pain is more acute when getting up from an afternoon nap. A simple remedy is to drink lots of plain water before taking a nap.

Singa Rose ointment may provide additional relief.

Application: Apply to both temples (away from the eyes) and across the forehead.

If needed, also apply to the back of the neck.

Avoid the area near the eyes, as it may cause irritation and temporary vision issues. Do not drive or operate devices if affected.

*

Fainting, Dizziness, and Nausea

Such symptoms are commonly due to hunger or low sugar levels in the system. If the symptoms occur frequently, please seek medical attention without delay.

Singa Rose can provide relief, but users must avoid driving or working on machinery.

Apply a small amount below the nostrils and inhale gently while seated. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.

For fainting episodes: Apply near the nostrils.

If there is no response within a minute, call an ambulance immediately.

Testimony: The ointment has proven to be effective. As Brenda Chiam says, "I used it on people who have fainted near my shop, and it was very effective to help them regain consciousness.:

*

Knee Pain

For elderly people, knee pain is often due to osteoarthritis or muscle weakness.

Consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment, including possible physiotherapy.

For the Younger Individuals: Knee pain may result from overexertion (e.g., prolonged cycling).

Adjust exercise habits to prevent strain. For recurring joint aches and pain, apply ointment and cover with a knee guard. Repeat as needed.

For optimal results, ensure your skin is dry and apply the ointment an hour before bedtime.

Keep affected areas dry and warm.

Sometimes, the pain could be the result of weakened or sore buttock muscles.

In this case, apply sparingly around the buttocks down to the back of the knee before sleep. A more effective solution would be to exercise to strengthen the leg and buttocks muscles. It is better to do it with expert guidance from a physiotherapist.

*

Eye Muscle Strain

Eye strain is often caused by prolonged glare, either from the bright sunlight or the prolonged use of a computer or a mobile phone.

Singa Rose ointment can provide relief, but must be used with caution because it can irritate the eyes.

Use with caution

Close your eyes and use a thin layer of ointment on your fingertip to gently apply it across the eyelid.

Avoid contact with the eyes.

Caution: Application around the eyes may cause discomfort and tearing.

Keep your eyes closed for 15 minutes or longer as needed.

Do not drive or operate devices during this time.

For Contact Lens Users

Remove contact lenses before applying a thin layer of the lotion over the eyelids with your eyes closed.

Do not let your contact lens come in contact with the ointment at any time. The contact lens must be discarded once it comes in contact with the ointment.

The best time to do it is when you don't need to reuse the contact lens, such as when you are about to sleep.

Caution

To reuse the contact lens the next day, please ensure your hands are clean and free from the residues of the ointment. To ensure this, do it only after your bath.
